Your Typical citizenM Shift
A typical shift may include:
- Ensuring everyone receives a warm welcome upon arrival.
- Assisting guests with self-check-in kiosks (we don’t have a reception desk).
- Preparing and serving delicious breakfast and meal options.
- Brewing exquisite coffee or crafting signature cocktails.
- Acting as a local concierge, offering recommendations on the best places to visit, eat, shop, or enjoy nightlife.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the living room and canteen, and arranging food displays for the next shift.
- Addressing guest requests or needs regarding our facilities (you may even acquire new tech skills).
- Managing reservations in our property management system (PMS).
- Setting up societyM meeting rooms as needed.
