What others do by day, you excel at by night, serving perfect cappuccinos even at 3:00 AM. You want to greet the world one person at a time—even when they’re sleepy.

At citizenM, we don’t box you in as a ‘receptionist’ or ‘food and beverage’ person. Instead, you’ll become a champion multitasker—customer service ambassador, receptionist, concierge, barista, mixologist, problem solver, and more. As a citizenM night ambassador, you are free to be yourself and do your best work. We believe in making work fun; when you’re having a great experience, so will our guests.

Your Typical Shift

During your shifts at citizenM, you could be:

• Welcoming guests warmly as soon as they walk in.
• Assisting guests at the self check-in kiosks (we don't have a reception desk).
• Preparing and serving both hot and cold breakfast and meals.
• Brewing delicious coffee or mixing signature cocktails.
• Serving as a secret concierge to the city, offering insights on the best places to visit, eat, shop, or party.
• Maintaining our living room and cleaning the canteenM, arranging food displays for the next shift.
• Assisting guests with any requests or needs regarding our facilities, which may even enhance your tech skills.
• Handling reservations in our property management system (PMS), including conducting the nightly audit.
• Managing our operations during night shifts, holding the keys to the castle.
• Ensuring guest safety and comfort, including in emergency situations.
