Job Description
- Assist the head chef in meal preparation for a wide variety of clients.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Contribute to the development of balanced and varied menus.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
- Assist in managing stock and ordering food products.
We Expect
- Prior experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM.
