Your Future Responsibilities
- Conduct therapeutic interviews to establish a solid relational foundation with elderly individuals affected by various psychological conditions, employing conversational techniques and other suitable therapeutic tools.
- Support residents in their daily activities, ensuring comfort care and performing somatic care, including dressings and other technical procedures.
- Manage crisis situations effectively by providing immediate and appropriate support during challenging phases for certain residents.
- Act as a trusted partner in communicating with relatives and families, ensuring smooth and reassuring communication regarding the residents' progress.
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or an equivalent diploma.
- You have experience in psycho-geriatric care and are adept at managing individuals suffering from psychological disorders.
- You demonstrate calmness, rigor, and empathy when facing crisis situations and mental health challenges.
- You possess the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring constant communication for quality support.
- Your relational ease enables you to build trusting relationships with patients and their families.
