Position Overview: AI Solution Leader

The AI Solution Leader is a vital technical sales role within the TCS Switzerland sales team, focusing on promoting AI-integrated solutions for IT Operations to ensure TCS maintains its competitive technological edge. This position involves close collaboration with the Swiss geo sales team to secure new business opportunities for TCS Switzerland, while also upselling AI solutions and products to existing Swiss clients. TCS provides a consulting-led, cognitively driven, integrated portfolio of IT, Business & Technology Services, as well as engineering support, primarily serving sectors such as Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Manufacturing, Retail, and Life Sciences in both Swiss and global markets. A key responsibility of this position is to achieve targeted new order book value (OBV) for TCS AI-related solutions, services, and products for designated target companies. The successful candidate will be expected to develop innovative AI solutions that enhance competitiveness within the Swiss customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Major Market and ISU team to acquire new clients by engaging in the sales process to achieve agreed sales growth (TCV and number of customers acquired).
• Develop and present TCS AI solutions, such as TCS ATLAS and Wisdom Next AI, to address upcoming Cloud Unit opportunities.
• Achieve optimal strategic positioning of TCS AI solutions within the IT Operations domain while maintaining an appropriate balance.
• Develop and implement a Go-to-Market strategy for the TCS Infrastructure Zero Ops framework across current and prospective opportunities.
• Serve as a technical advisor to customers regarding the application of AI in IT operations.
• Oversee the alignment of TCS platforms like TCS Cognix for Infrastructure & Digital Workplace, ensuring competitive positioning with rationale.

Competencies

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Implementation, particularly in Enterprise Tools and/or Automation areas.
• Technical expertise in 2-3 service lines, including Cloud, Enterprise Tools, Automation/AI, and Operations Management.
• Experience in the technical design and implementation of tools infrastructure.
• Strong operations background.
• Exceptional written and oral English communication skills, along with strong documentation abilities.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas in a user-friendly manner.
