Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for PW4000 engine.
- Lead all engine projects in accordance with established processes.
- Maintain and provide full visibility of the status of all ongoing projects at all times.
- Monitor engine progress and material availability against the milestone plan, taking preventative action against potential obstacles.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Operations, CoE, Purchasing, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery.
- Plan engine input and output in alignment with production capacity.
- Continuously enhance related processes to optimize daily operations.
- Lead and organize engine team meetings.
- Provide updates on engine status in relevant systems (e.g., Engine log, RAIL).
Your Profile
- Advanced process training is required; a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration is preferred.
- Significant understanding of operational activities related to service delivery is essential; a minimum of 3 years of experience in project and process-related positions in the MRO industry is desired.
- Fluency in German (Level C1) and proficiency in English (B2) are required.
