About Linvo AG
Linvo AG is a Swiss family office and FINMA-licensed wealth manager based in Zurich. We provide comprehensive services in asset management, structuring, and real estate investments for internationally active entrepreneurs and investors.
A key part of this role is supporting clients with business, investment, or relocation activities linked to the Swiss market. This includes advising entrepreneurs who are already active in Switzerland, those considering relocating their business operations, and those requiring cross-border coordination due to limited access to their home market. The position contributes directly to strengthening Switzerland’s role as an investment and business hub by facilitating real estate and investment projects with international relevance.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy specifically targeting high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs from Eastern Europe, particularly Ukraine.
- Drive the full sales cycle for cross-border clients, including lead generation, qualification, and onboarding for individuals relocating assets or businesses from Ukraine/Eastern Europe to Switzerland.
- Present Swiss investment, structuring, and real estate solutions to clients and institutional partners in Ukraine and neighboring countries, adapted to the geopolitical and regulatory challenges of the region.
- Support Ukrainian and Eastern European clients in restructuring and relocating business activities, assets, and investment vehicles to Switzerland, including interpreting local regulations, business practices, and documentation requiring native expertise.
- Develop and oversee international real estate and investment projects with a strong geographical focus on Ukraine/Eastern Europe, where local market knowledge, language abilities, and established stakeholder access are essential.
- Build and maintain relationships with Ukrainian and Eastern European banks, law firms, investors, and governmental authorities.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen Linvo AG’s cross-border investment pipeline, particularly in markets where Swiss institutions traditionally lack direct access or cultural familiarity.
- Negotiate with stakeholders across Switzerland and Eastern Europe, ensuring effective communication across different legal systems, business cultures, and languages.
- Coordinate and manage complex due-diligence processes, including reviewing Ukrainian/Eastern European corporate, financial, and tax documentation.
- Support international reconstruction and investment initiatives involving Ukraine, ensuring alignment with Swiss regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Represent Linvo AG at industry events, conferences, and roadshows within Eastern Europe.
- Regularly travel to Ukraine and neighboring countries to maintain client relationships, oversee projects, and coordinate with local partners.
Your Profile
- 7–10 years of experience in real estate development, investment projects, or project management, ideally with a focus on Eastern European or Ukrainian markets.
- Proven track record in managing complex investment or real estate projects across Ukraine/Eastern Europe and Switzerland, requiring an understanding of regional regulatory and financial environments.
- Strong understanding of the legal, regulatory, and economic framework relevant to cross-border investments between Switzerland and Eastern Europe, including practical experience with Ukrainian corporate and financial documentation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in building or managing companies, investment structures, or business units in Eastern European markets.
- Strong consultative sales skills and expertise in advising high-net-worth clients from Ukraine/Eastern Europe on asset relocation, investment structuring, and Swiss market entry.
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with Ukrainian/Eastern European banks, investors, authorities, and institutional partners; existing regional networks are a significant advantage.
- Academic degree in law, economics, real estate, finance, or a related field (advanced studies are an advantage).
- Languages: excellent English; native-level Ukrainian and/or Russian required to serve the target clientele; German is an advantage.
- High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to Ukraine/Eastern Europe.
