WE ARE LOOKING FOR A

Senior React Frontend Developer (Full-Time, Onsite in St. Gallen)

This position is ideal for individuals eager to contribute to LocalBini’s IT transformation. The primary responsibility will be the development and maintenance of the front-end component of an application based on microservices hosted on AWS. Daily tasks will include front-end feature development utilizing React.js, writing unit and end-to-end tests, and ensuring seamless transitions during the app transformation process.

You will be a vital member of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment, collaborating with developers located in Poznan, Łódź, and Warsaw.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the existing development team (based remotely) and the St. Gallen business team to brainstorm software solutions.
• Exchange ideas with the UI/UX designer.
• Build logic and UI for the front-end application using React.js.
• Write unit and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.js.
• Ensure the application is responsive and adjusts well on mobile devices (RWD).
• Document technical processes and features.
• Work alongside data scientists and analysts to enhance the LocalBini user experience.
• Integrate with external systems, such as Google Analytics.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• At least four (4) years of experience with React.js and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency with our technology stack (React.js/Styled Components/REST API/AWS).
• Strong knowledge of Redux (with Redux Toolkit) and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, with a keen attention to detail during development.
• Experience with comprehensive platform testing, particularly end-to-end tests using Cypress.js.
• Fluency in English.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Flutter.
• Experience with Figma.
