Key Responsibilities
- Build comprehensive project schedules that encompass the full project scope, milestones, and timelines, applying critical path methodology.
- Define clear responsibilities and ownership for all project outcomes through Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology.
- Ensure compliance of the schedule with the project execution plan, particularly in regards to contracting, procurement, and project control strategy documents and plans.
- Establish a clear method for baselining schedules and manage periodic updates effectively.
- Manage the fully integrated project schedule and structure it for review at various levels and details.
- Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Provide regular updates on schedule progress, ensuring transparency.
- Review external schedules to confirm they adhere to scheduling best practices.
Who We're Looking For

- You have honed your planning and scheduling skills.
- You possess experience in quantitative risk assessment (QRA) and can expertly interpret and communicate findings to key partners.
- You are proficient in using Primavera P6 planning software to create your schedules.
- You hold a degree or possess comparable experience in project management or construction.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on quality.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment with the freedom to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
