Responsibilities
- Provide medical and therapeutic care for young patients with psychiatric disorders.
- Participate in project and lean management initiatives.
- Coordinate and plan comprehensive treatment strategies.
- Undertake leadership tasks within the team.
- Organize internal or external follow-up treatments post-discharge.
- Demonstrate commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (FMH) or an equivalent EU diploma.
- Initial professional experience in a senior physician role.
- Leadership experience is advantageous.
- A systematic, solution-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent German language skills (native speaker or at least C1 level).
