Our client is a renowned outpatient specialized clinic dedicated to psychiatric-psychosomatic treatment and rehabilitation. The interdisciplinary team provides comprehensive psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care in an open setting, encompassing both individual and group therapies as well as psychoeducational programs.

This position offers a holistic approach to psychiatric-psychosomatic care, emphasizing individual therapy, teamwork, and sustainable outcomes.

Your Main Tasks:

• Independently providing psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment for your own patients
• Conducting diagnostic discussions, collecting medical histories, and assessing psychopathological findings
• Participating in group therapies, psychoeducational programs, and patient events
• Engaging in both internal and external supervisions, intervisions, and training sessions

Your Profile:

• Possession of a Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
• Strong social competence, a sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Commitment to engaging long-term in a dynamic and growing environment
• Excellent communication skills and empathy in interactions with patients, relatives, and colleagues
