Are you ready to take on new challenges with Techfirm Industrial Services in Switzerland? We are looking for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team!

Your Responsibilities

• Designing power electronics devices.
• Gathering information, documenting, reporting, and tracking design improvements while keeping up to date with product strategic plans.
• Contributing creative ideas to R&D projects and proposing follow-up activities based on project results.
• Providing consulting services to business operations, such as design to cost, design for manufacturing, and design for testing.
• Participating in working teams, assisting co-workers, and consulting team members to share information and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an Electromechanical degree (FH or equivalent).
• 5 years of experience in an electromechanical environment.
• 1-3 years of experience in a work package leader or project/product leader role.
• Proficient in CAD/Creo design.
• A solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Familiarity with R&D product development methods: Agile, Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Fluent in English; basic knowledge of German is a plus.
