We invite you to be a part of our Techfirm Industrial Services team in Switzerland, where new challenges await!

Your Responsibilities

• Designing power electronics devices.
• Gathering information, documenting, reporting, and tracking design improvements while aligning with product strategic plans and understanding technical drivers and customer value.
• Contributing your creative ideas to R&D projects and proposing follow-up activities based on project results.
• Providing consulting services to business operations, including design to cost, design for manufacturing, and design for testing.
• Participating in collaborative teams, assisting co-workers, and consulting team members to share information and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering (FH or equivalent).
• 5 years of experience in an electromechanical environment.
• 1-3 years of experience in a work package leader or project/product leader role.
• Proficiency in CAD/Creo design.
• A solution-focused approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with R&D product development methods, including Agile, Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Fluent in English; basic knowledge of German is a plus.
