We are looking for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer (M/W/D) ⚙️ to join us in Switzerland and tackle new challenges together!

Your Responsibilities

• Design power electronics devices.
• Gather information, document, report, and track design improvements while staying aligned with product strategic plans and developing an understanding of technical drivers and customer value.
• Contribute creative ideas to R&D projects and propose follow-up activities based on project results.
• Provide consulting services to business operations, including design to cost, design for manufacturing, and design for testing.
• Participate in working teams, offer assistance to co-workers, and consult team members to gain information and knowledge.

What You Should Bring

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an Electromechanical degree (FH or equivalent).
• 5 years of experience in an electromechanical environment.
• 1-3 years of experience as a work package leader or in a project/product leader role.
• Proficiency in CAD/Creo design.
• A solution-focused approach along with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Familiarity with R&D product development methods, Agile, Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Fluency in English and basic proficiency in German.
