Job Overview

As a Senior Manager or Director at Deloitte, you will be part of our Technology Strategy & Transformation team, specializing in advising international clients on innovative technology solutions for their business operations. We leverage our extensive knowledge and experience from some of the most complex IT projects globally, focusing on areas such as system replacement and comprehensive IT transformation.

How You Can Make an Impact:

• Advise senior technology executives on enterprise technology strategy, IT operating models, governance, and investment prioritization.
• Lead large-scale, complex IT transformation programs from strategy to execution.
• Translate business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps, architecture principles, and portfolio plans to enhance the IT function's interaction with business units.
• Collaborate with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and across Deloitte service lines to spearhead business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice enhancements, thereby increasing our presence in the German-speaking market.

Who We Are Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, focusing on CIO/IT advisory and leading comprehensive IT transformations for international and Swiss organizations.
• Proven track record in shaping and delivering complex technology change.
• Strong program leadership and delivery management skills, including commercial management and complete project lifecycle oversight.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence CxO and equivalent stakeholders.
• Demonstrable success in business development, including pipeline building, proposal leadership, pricing, contracting, and closing medium to high-complexity deals.
• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Based in Zurich, with flexibility to work across Switzerland as needed.
