Help Our Clients Successfully Manage Global Challenges

Our Actuarial team provides a comprehensive range of actuarial support across various sectors, including life, non-life, health insurance, reinsurance, and pension funds. We frequently collaborate with other teams in Audit & Assurance and across various lines of services such as Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory, and Technology & Transformation on large-scale projects.

In this position, you will be integrated into an experienced project team from day one, taking on daily responsibilities to deliver reliable solutions.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Act as the main point of contact for pension topics for Deloitte Switzerland.
• Lead a variety of client projects, including M&A transactions, audits for pension funds, and valuations.
• Manage the project lifecycle from proposals and contracting to delivery and invoicing.
• Engage in business development by identifying business ideas and opportunities, generating new business with both internal and external clients.
• Participate in and lead thought leadership initiatives.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from finding and acquiring talent to performance reviews and promotions.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have a University degree (ETH or University) in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics, or a related quantitative field.
• You hold qualifications as an actuary, such as “Actuary SAA” or equivalent.
• You possess relevant experience in an actuarial role within the insurance industry or consulting.
• You demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills, a strong willingness to learn, and a passion for making a difference while collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English with stakeholders across varying levels.
• You have a proven track record in business development.
