The Senior Marketing Director for Chipita will spearhead the End-to-End Chipita business, which generates approximately $900MM in Net Revenue, and the Global 7Days Brand. This role aims to drive the organization towards an ambitious Global Vision of reaching $1.5Bn Net Revenue by 2030. The successful candidate will have responsibility for Business, P&L, Brand, and Organizational management.
As the leader of a multi-functional Chipita team that includes four direct reports, you will be responsible for developing and aligning End-to-End strategies and plans to maximize efficiency in the short, mid, and long term. Additionally, you will oversee the Global 7Days Brand's Equity, Portfolio, Innovation, Communication, and Activation. This role requires close collaboration with a variety of senior stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels, including Commercial Unit Managing Directors, Marketing Directors, Supply Chain, R&D, Sales, Insights & Analytics leaders, CMO, Category VP, and external Agency relationships. Under your leadership, you will elevate the long-term business model, unlocking new vectors of growth and exploring whitespace opportunities.
