About the Role

As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists to advise international clients on cutting-edge technology for their business operations. Your role will focus on helping organizations develop strategies and implement systems that build business value and drive performance. With the extensive knowledge gained from working on complex IT projects globally, we seek a candidate with a background in IT infrastructure to enhance IT strategy and operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects. How You Can Make an Impact

• Work closely with our client's top technology executives to transform their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, utilizing your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Leverage your knowledge and our international network of experts to advise and oversee the development of tailored IT infrastructure that meets client needs.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a key facilitator between business and IT to create impactful change for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• Graduates in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics with a proven track record in managing small engagements or parts of larger projects related to IT Infrastructure and IT Transformations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive individual who takes ownership and seeks challenges; a passion for IT infrastructure and a commitment to staying informed on industry trends.
• Fluency in English is required; willingness to travel (primarily within Switzerland) is necessary. Knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is a plus.
