Join Deloitte as a Senior Consultant/Manager and advise international clients on cutting-edge technology for their business operations. In this role, you will be part of our Technology Strategy & Transformation team, dedicated to helping organizations develop strategies and implement systems that create business value and enhance performance.

With our extensive knowledge and experience gained from tackling some of the most complex IT projects globally, we are seeking a candidate with a background in IT infrastructure. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise to IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects.

How You Can Make an Impact:

• Collaborate with our clients’ top technology executives to transform their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, utilizing your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Leverage your knowledge and our international network of experts to advise on and oversee the development of tailored IT infrastructure.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate teams across various areas of expertise.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and IT, driving real change and delivering meaningful results for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A graduate in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, with a proven track record in managing engagements in the context of IT infrastructure and transformations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges, driven by a passion for IT infrastructure and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
• Fluency in English, with a willingness to travel (primarily within Switzerland); knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is advantageous.
