About the Role

As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists, advising international clients on cutting-edge technology to enhance their business operations. Our team seeks an individual with a strong background in IT infrastructure to leverage their expertise in areas such as IT strategy, operating model design, architecture, business management, agility advisory, and M&A projects. How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with top technology executives to transform their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, utilizing your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure and project management.
• Advise and oversee the development of IT infrastructure that aligns with client needs, drawing on our international network of experts.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate diverse teams.
• Act as a key facilitator between business and IT to drive meaningful change for clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, and a proven track record in managing engagements related to IT Infrastructure and IT Transformations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for IT infrastructure technologies, keeping you updated with industry trends.
• Fluency in English is essential, and willingness to travel (primarily within Switzerland) is required. Knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is a plus.
