As a Senior Associate/Associate in U.S. Corporate Income Tax, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax filings, analyzing complex tax issues, collaborating with clients, and providing top-tier compliance solutions.

Your Skill Set
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in U.S. tax compliance.
- U.S. CPA License (or in progress), Enrolled Agent License (or in progress), or commitment to pursue one.
- A strong interest in developing a career in U.S. Tax Compliance.
- Experience with U.S. tax compliance, particularly in working with U.S. corporate filings (Forms 1120, 1120-F) and/or U.S. partnerships (Form 1065).
- Understanding of ECI, FDAP, and Branch Profit Tax concepts.
- Experience with state and local tax compliance, including multi-state reporting considerations and collaboration with U.S. state tax authorities (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with informational reporting (Forms 8865, 8858, 5471) (preferred but not required).
- Hands-on experience with withholding and reporting regimes, including the 1042/1042-S series and W-8 documentation (W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, etc.) (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to interpret tax rules and structures.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, including the ability to analyze financial statements and review capital accounts.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including the ability to work with large datasets and prepare structured, efficient workpapers.
