SAP MM / OpenText VIM AMS Support Consultant | Remote | Long-Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM / OpenText VIM Support Consultant to join our long-term S/4HANA AMS program, supporting a prominent client in the defense sector. This position is not an implementation role; instead, you will become a vital member of an established AMS team focused on stabilizing a live S/4HANA landscape post-migration. Your primary responsibilities will involve resolving incidents, delivering small enhancements, and ensuring efficient Source-to-Pay operations.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on troubleshooting production issues and collaborating closely with business users and global support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP MM and OpenText VIM.
• Resolve incident and service tickets within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Investigate procurement and invoice processing issues.
• Troubleshoot inbound/outbound integration errors.
• Address stock and inventory inconsistencies.
• Support warehouse execution and logistics processes as needed.
• Deliver minor enhancements and configuration changes.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, logistics, and integration teams.
• Contribute to system stability across the S/4HANA landscape.

Required Skills

• Strong functional experience in SAP MM.
• Experience in OpenText VIM support.
• Proven background in AMS support.
• Experience in handling incidents, tickets, and production support effectively.
• S/4HANA experience is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in supporting warehouse and procurement processes.
• Outstanding communication skills.

Contract Details

• Remote position.
• ASAP start (latest by 1st September).
• Initial contract duration: 6 months.
• Expected extension of approximately 2 years.
• One-stage interview process.
