SAP MM Business Analyst - 6 Months Contract Role - Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland)

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED is excited to present an opportunity for a SAP MM Business Analyst to join their team as part of an S4/HANA upgrade project. This is a 6-month contract position, with excellent potential for extension.

The role requires an immediate start and will operate in a hybrid format, with two days on-site in Warsaw, Poland.

Role Responsibilities

As a SAP MM Business Analyst, you will:

• Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement and Supply Chain stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct workshops.
• Translate business needs into functional SAP MM solutions.
• Engage in SAP configuration and customization, along with the preparation of functional designs and specifications.
• Manage defects and implement process improvements.
• Work in partnership with SD, FICO, and integration teams to ensure successful outcomes in procurement, inventory management, and supplier integration initiatives.

Specific Skills/Experience Required

• 8+ years of SAP MM experience across ECC and S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience with Procurement and Inventory Management processes.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and gather business requirements effectively.
• Capability to prepare functional specifications and solution designs.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM configuration and customization.
• Experience in managing defects, issues, and process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and business engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive delivery within project teams.
• Experience working with SD, FICO, and integration teams.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in global environments.
• Prior experience with enterprise clients is a must.
• Fluent in English.
