SAP FI Business Analyst - 6 Months Contract Role - Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland)
On behalf of one of our key partners, RED is pleased to present an opportunity for a SAP FI Business Analyst to join their team for an S4/HANA upgrade. This is a 6-month contract role, with excellent potential for extension.
The contract is set to start as soon as possible and will have a hybrid working arrangement, requiring 2 days on-site in Warsaw, Poland.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support finance transformation and operational finance processes across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments in Poland.
- Focus on finance business analysis, workshop facilitation, SAP FICO configuration, process optimization, and stakeholder management across core finance functions.
Specific Skills/Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO across ECC and S/4HANA.
- Strong finance process knowledge across FICO (GL-AR-AP-AA-BA-CEA-CCA-PCA-IO-TR).
- Experience leading workshops and gathering business requirements from finance stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare functional specifications and solution designs.
- Hands-on SAP FICO configuration/customization experience.
- Strong understanding of finance business processes and controls.
- Experience managing defects, issue resolution, and reconciliations.
- Ability to work independently and drive delivery within project teams.
- Experience working with SD, MM, and integration teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in global or international SAP environments.
- Previous experience working for enterprise clients.
- Fluent in English.
