SAP IS-Utilities Tester / SAP IS-Utilities Testeress

Job Opportunity: SAP S/4HANA Tester in the Utilities Sector

We are seeking an experienced tester with extensive knowledge of SAP IS-U testing for an SAP S/4HANA implementation project in the utilities sector. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating testing activities while providing support to business units throughout the entire testing phase, particularly during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Location: Remote, Frankfurt (occasional presence upon client request)
• Languages: German and English

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage testing activities for the SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• Create and design manual test cases, as well as execute and document tests.
• Coordinate the testing process across various workstreams.
• Manage defects and track and align them throughout the testing phase.
• Support business units and functional teams during the UAT phase.
• Identify and evaluate QA requirements, risks, dependencies, and constraints.
• Collaborate with the client and involved business and IT teams.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of SAP IS-U testing within the utilities sector.
• Practical experience with SAP IS-U, SAP FI/CO, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and testing projects.
• Proficiency in test planning, manual test case design, test execution, and defect management.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating with business and functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Independent and structured working style, including experience in client coordination.
