SAP Supply Chain Production Planner
Location: Switzerland
Working Model: 4 days/week on site

We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Production Planner to support production and supply chain planning within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will focus on production planning, capacity planning, material availability, and SAP-based planning processes, particularly emphasizing SAP PP/MM and SAP APO - SNP/PPDS.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer, trial, and sample orders in SAP, including necessary system adjustments.
- Monitor orders to ensure timely and reliable execution.
- Plan and monitor machine capacity and production utilization.
- Optimize production campaigns considering:
- Available resources
- Material availability
- Set-up times
- Delivery dates
- Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Production, Scheduling, Customer Service, Quality, and other business functions.
- Support new orders, order changes, and escalations.
- Ensure availability of raw materials and semi-finished products.
- Proactively track and resolve material availability issues.
- Utilize and further develop SAP planning tools, particularly SAP APO SNP/PPDS.
- Support capacity and production planning activities.
- Create, maintain, and analyze Power BI reports to improve planning transparency and decision-making.
- Contribute to the standardization, stabilization, and continuous improvement of planning processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance planning quality, efficiency, and production performance.
Required Experience
- Several years of experience in production planning, production control, supply chain planning, or a similar environment.
- Strong SAP experience, particularly in SAP PP and MM.
- Experience with SAP APO, SNP, and/or PPDS.
- Strong understanding of:
- Production planning
- Material planning
- Capacity planning
- Production scheduling
- Supply chain processes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Power BI and data analytics is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to planning and process optimization.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple business functions and interfaces.
