Responsibilities
- Support the SAP FSM Application Management Services environment
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets across L1-L3 support levels
- Provide operational support and incident resolution
- Assist business users in their day-to-day operations
- Contribute to continuous improvements and optimizations within the SAP FSM landscape
- Ensure stable and efficient operation of the SAP FSM solution
Required Skills
- Several years of hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
- Proven experience within an Application Management Services (AMS) environment
- Experience handling support tickets across multiple support levels (L1-L3)
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills
- Experience within a Digital Manufacturing environment (nice to have)
