Laboratory Support Analyst
Duration: 12 Months B2B Contract
Location: Germany - Remote
RED is excited to announce a new contract opportunity for a Laboratory Support Analyst to join one of our key partners in a laboratory systems support project. This initial contract spans 12 months, with the potential for extension depending on project needs. The position is set to begin as soon as possible and will be fully remote from Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for laboratory systems.
- Utilize analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills effectively within a support environment.
- Manage tickets and incidents using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
- Support compliance-related activities by monitoring systems and validating data.
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels.
- Meet defined SLAs while supporting business-critical laboratory operations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Proven experience in supporting laboratory systems.
- Preferred knowledge of laboratory applications, including LIMS, ELN, CDS, or similar platforms.
- Basic SQL and database skills are advantageous.
- Ability to join within a short notice period.
