Position Overview

Based in Baden, Switzerland, this role is integral to accelerating the practical adoption of AI, automation, and intelligent technologies within Accelleron’s Finance & Controlling landscape. As a part of our global IS organization, you will collaborate closely with Finance Transformation, SAP Application Owners, the AI Center of Excellence, Data & Analytics teams, Global Process Owners, and external partners.

Your Responsibilities

AI, Automation, and Technology Innovation

• Scout, assess, and translate emerging technologies into practical use cases.
• Identify opportunities to automate Finance & Controlling processes and enhance decision support.
• Run proof of concepts and recommend adoption opportunities aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Serve as the AI and automation expert within the Finance & Controlling IS organization.

Partnership with Finance Transformation

• Collaborate with the Finance Transformation Lead and Global Process Owners to establish a focused Finance AI and automation portfolio.
• Translate business requirements into solution concepts and implementation options.
• Support business case development by assessing value, effort, dependencies, risks, and scalability.
• Promote a unified approach to Finance innovation across SAP platforms.

Solution Delivery

• Lead the implementation of approved Finance AI and automation initiatives.
• Work collaboratively across various teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, auditability, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Support testing, deployment, training, and transition to support.

Key Focus Areas

• SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance landscapes and related strategic initiatives.
• Finance process automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-enabled decision support.
• Innovative finance applications and data-driven insights.

Your Background

Experience

• Minimum of eight years in SAP Finance, consulting, ERP transformation, or related areas.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong knowledge of Finance & Controlling processes in a manufacturing setting.
• Expertise in delivering automation, analytics, and AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with global stakeholder management and cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of SAP Finance processes and architecture.
• Proficiency in SAP BTP, SAP Build, SAP Joule, or SAP Business AI.
• Knowledge of process automation, workflow, integration, and analytics concepts.
• Familiarity with AI and practical adoption patterns in Finance.

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to bridge business and technology discussions effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
