Job Opportunity: SAP Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) Consultant
We are seeking a skilled SAP Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) Consultant for our long-term client to support their Application Management Services (AMS) environment. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve tickets and provide daily operational support.
Responsibilities
- Support the SAP CPQ Application Management Services environment
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets across L1-L3 support levels
- Provide operational support and incident resolution
- Assist business users in day-to-day operations
- Contribute to continuous improvements and optimizations within the SAP CPQ landscape
- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders
- Facilitate the continuous handover of knowledge to internal colleagues
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience with SAP Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ)
- Proven experience within an Application Management Services (AMS) environment
- Experience handling support tickets across multiple support levels (L1-L3)
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in an international environment
- Nice-to-have: SAP Sales Cloud or SAP Commerce Cloud experience
