Sales Manager, Europe – Italian or Dutch Speaking

Our client is a global market leader in luxury hotel amenities, collaborating with premium beauty, fashion, skincare, fragrance, and lifestyle brands to create exceptional guest experiences for luxury hotels.
The Role
In this pivotal role, reporting to the Managing Director for Greece, Nordics, and Central Europe, you will spearhead sales growth across the Netherlands, as well as Central and Eastern Europe. You will take ownership of the commercial strategy aimed at new business development, account management, and enhancing distributor performance. Your responsibilities will include building and managing key relationships with senior executives in luxury hotels, resorts, hotel groups, and hospitality operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Create and implement a commercial strategy that governs the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to negotiation and closing of deals.
- Account Management and Distributor Performance: Maintain key relationships, cross-sell, and up-sell to expand existing accounts while ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, finance/pricing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and to support both clients and distributors as needed.
Experience/Key Qualities
- 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Fluent in Italian or Dutch and English (C1 minimum).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients.
