Sales Consultant Surgery (Aargau-greater Zürichsee) - Fixed Term Contract
As part of our Surgery Business, you will join a high-performing, collaborative, customer-focused team dedicated to advancing surgical outcomes in one of the most rapidly evolving specialties in MedTech. This role covers the Aarau-greater Zürichsee region, where you will work closely with surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions that enhance patient care.
We are looking for a strong, customer-oriented, and communicative professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant. This position is available immediately or by mutual agreement and is initially offered as a temporary role for 7–12 months, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent contract. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in a dynamic, high-performance environment. Objectives of the Position
- Comprehensive sales and product advice in the clinical field of general surgery
- Systematic planning and organization of field service activities
- Build long-term customer relationships with physicians, operating room staff, buyers, and other decision-makers
- Strengthen existing product lines and introduce product innovations
- Organize and implement training events (workshops, customer training) for medical professionals
- Achieve general and specific sales targets in terms of market penetration and sales
- Develop and implement sales and action plans in collaboration with the sales manager
- Represent the business unit at congresses
Your Profile
- Fluency in German and English, both professionally and conversationally
- Sales-driven mindset with excellent execution skills and professional presence
