Proclinical is seeking a motivated and skilled Regional Sales Manager to enhance our team in London, UK. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving sales within cardiac operating and related hospital departments.

Your responsibilities will include training and supporting surgeons and their teams during procedures, along with providing follow-up patient care support as needed. This position requires exceptional relationship management, teamwork, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for your designated territory to achieve assigned targets.
• Identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities to expand the business.
• Increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts to grow the base business.
• Collaborate with the Area Director to align strategies with corporate sales goals.
• Share industry news and trends with marketing and provide valuable feedback.
• Attend industry trade shows and events as required.
• Effectively manage your territory and track customer activity.
• Ensure compliance with requirements for accessing hospital, healthcare systems, or other client sites.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge and selling experience related to cardiac surgical ablation systems is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building personal relationships.
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Confident, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to travel 50-80% depending on territory size, location, and maturity.
• Fluent in English.
