Regional Sales Manager, Cryo Nerve Block

Do you possess the clinical expertise and sales acumen to be a trusted partner for cardiac and thoracic surgical teams? The Regional Sales Manager for Cryo Nerve Block is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing direct business sales within cardiac and thoracic departments in hospitals. This role entails training and supporting surgeons and their staff in various procedures while providing assistance in the operating room and during follow-up patient care as necessary. Excellent relationship management, teamwork, and strategic planning skills are essential for success in this position.

Location: This position will cover parts of West London up to Oxford.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for the designated territory to achieve assigned targets.
• Continually identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities.
• Provide clinical support and assistance during follow-up patient care as required.
• Increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts to grow the base business.
• Collaborate with the Area Director to implement strategies that align with corporate sales goals.
• Work with marketing to share industry news and trends while providing feedback.
• Attend industry trade shows and events as necessary.
• Manage your territory and track customer activity effectively.
• Understand and satisfy the requirements for obtaining access to hospital and healthcare systems.
• Experience in the operating room environment.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating equivalent qualifications.
• Specific knowledge and selling experience related to cardiac and thoracic fields are highly preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in Neuromodulation is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for relationship building.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time, depending on territory size, location, and maturity.
• Fluent in English.
