Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in person and via phone, ensuring a professional and amiable atmosphere.
- Schedule and manage appointments for treatments, massages, wellness programs, packages, and personal training sessions to maximize therapist efficiency.
- Handle billing and payment processing for all spa services efficiently.
- Promote spa treatments and products while providing tailored and professional recommendations.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through attentive and personalized service.
- Actively promote both the hotel’s services and those of the Michel Reybier Hospitality Group.
- Deliver a range of professional spa treatments in line with established standards.
- Provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Manage appointments efficiently to optimize workflow and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to the hotel’s quality standards as well as those of Leading Hotels of the World.
