Quality Inspector - 100%

We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor in various capacities, including Engine Line, Module Line, and Piece Part Repair in Bad Zurzach and Zurich-Airport. If this sounds appealing to you, we encourage you to apply online using the form below.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform technical inspection and assessment of aircraft engine assemblies supporting one of our engine lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56) on schedule and according to OEM specifications and engineering orders.
• Create repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts.
• Check modifications carried out on individual parts and assemblies.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
• Work independently while thinking and acting economically.

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive, agricultural machinery mechanic, or from another highly mechanical/technical industry.
• Relevant experience within the Aviation or MRO industry is considered a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated with a precise and accountable work approach.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Resilient under pressure and adaptable to changing demands.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Good English skills (minimum B2) and German speaking is an advantage.
• Able to work in a 2-shift system.
