Key Duties
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the design and rollout of our global transformation program, including the Target Operating Model and Digital Strategy.
- Leading or assisting in cross-functional projects, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement across multiple geographies.
- Conducting requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices across global offices.
- Being committed to life-long learning and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) – a CII Certificate completed or underway is preferred.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Deep expertise in business analysis within a commercial reinsurance context.
- Knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm in other related areas.
- Experience in London Market insurance and reinsurance broking workflows, claims lifecycle, and compliance.
- Familiarity with insurance platforms such as OpenTWINS or similar Policy Administration Systems, Whitespace/PPL, broking or underwriting workbenches, and CRMs.
