We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of Project Manager in Customer Service for Timber Construction.

Job Description

• Act as the direct contact person for customers and warranty orders in timber construction.
• Clarify contract law fundamentals and manage customer relationships.
• Process warranty and customer service orders within the timber construction field.
• Instruct and coordinate service staff and subcontractors.
• Proactively work to minimize damage cases.
• Maintain targeted relationships with customers and architects.

• Basic training in the construction industry with a commercial qualification.
• Professional experience in construction management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CAD is advantageous.
• Solution-oriented and communicative working style.
