Key Responsibilities

• Conduct acoustics analyses for aircraft, focusing on cabin noise, vibration, and exterior noise evaluation.
• Develop and refine predictive models and simulations to characterize noise generation, propagation, and mitigation strategies.
• Support compliance activities related to ICAO Annex 16, Volume 1, by preparing the necessary technical evidence.
• Contribute to design integration by collaborating with aerodynamic, structural, and systems engineering teams.
• Participate in ground and flight-test noise activities, aiding in measurement setup, data collection, and analysis.

Our Ideal Candidate Should Have

• A degree in Acoustics, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (BSc/MSc/PhD).
• At least 7 years of experience in aircraft acoustics, with a senior-level background being a significant asset.
• Solid understanding of both interior and exterior noise issues and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., ICAO Annex 16).
• Proficiency with acoustic simulation platforms (VAOne, LMS Virtual.Lab, MATLAB, or similar).
• Experience in correlating predictive models with test results from noise measurement campaigns.
• A strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of noise-reduction technologies, cabin comfort considerations, and evolving environmental standards.
