Position: Senior Aircraft Flight Dynamics Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform flight dynamics analyses and develop stability & control models.
• Validate aerodynamic models using simulation tools, wind-tunnel data, and flight-test results.
• Prepare certification material in accordance with EASA CS-23 / FAA Part 23 Subpart B.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize aircraft behavior and performance.
• Support wind-tunnel and flight-test activities, from planning to data interpretation and reporting.

Our Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering (BSc/MSc/PhD).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in flight dynamics; senior experience is an advantage.
• Strong background in stability & control, performance analysis, and simulation toolchains (MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with CS-23 / Part 23 certification processes.
• Experience with wind-tunnel or flight-test data and correlation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
