Your Role

As part of our team, you will:

• Define and drive AI integration across our product range.
• Identify customer needs and value drivers through Machine Learning and AI, translating them into customer requirements and roadmaps for new features, products, and services.
• Lead AI initiatives from initial concept through to implementation across all development stages.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and R&D teams located in Switzerland, Romania, Germany, and the United States.
• Act as an AI ambassador and internal advisor, enabling product teams to integrate AI effectively without needing to assume ownership of their individual products.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in liquid handling, robotics, clinical diagnostics, and/or life sciences.
• Proven practical experience with AI tools and the ability to translate AI capabilities into valuable applications or workflows.
• A strong understanding of data-driven products, software ecosystems, and machine-learning concepts.
• Fluent German and strong English skills for effective international collaboration.
