Responsibilities

• Administrative and technical management of condominiums
• Presiding over General Assemblies and committees
• Preparing maintenance and renovation budgets
• Conducting property inspections and overseeing maintenance and renovation work
• Direct contact with co-owners and contracted companies

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Holder of a Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC) in commercial employment or equivalent training
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Swiss real estate agency
• Proficiency in French; English and German are an advantage
• Autonomy, effective work organization, and stress resistance
• Excellent presentation skills
• Swiss citizen or valid work permit
