We are seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Specialist (m/f/d) to contribute to pre-project activities and operational process development in the area of Planning & Fulfillment for our global SAP S/4HANA transformation.

In this role, you will help lay the groundwork for future planning processes with a strong emphasis on planning-relevant master data, capacity planning, and the continuous improvement of operational Planning & Fulfillment processes. Your expertise will support process owners and project leads by providing structured analyses, clear documentation, and well-prepared inputs for the SAP S/4HANA program.

This position is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in planning or supply chain operations who is eager to further develop their skills in a dynamic global transformation environment. You will be based at our global headquarters in Baden, Switzerland, reporting directly to the Head of Value Chain Planning & Fulfillment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to SAP S/4HANA pre-projects: Actively participate in preparatory activities such as process analysis, requirement clarification, data assessments, and concept preparation in the context of Planning & Fulfillment.
  • Work on planning-relevant master data: Analyze and improve master data used for planning and capacity management (e.g., materials, BOMs, routings, capacities) in collaboration with business and system stakeholders.
  • Drive the development of P&F processes: Collaborate with process owners to document, analyze, and enhance operational planning and fulfillment processes.
  • Contribute to capacity planning topics: Support analyses and concept development related to capacity planning, planning horizons, and bottleneck transparency.
  • Ensure transparency and documentation: Create and maintain process documentation, guidelines, training materials, and SharePoint content to facilitate standardization, scalability, and knowledge transfer.
  • Act as a cross-functional interface: Work closely with Planning, Operations, Procurement, and IT to ensure alignment between divisional business requirements and system-related solutions.

Your Background

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in planning, supply chain, operations, or process improvement within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Solid hands-on experience with SAP-based processes (SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA required), particularly in planning-related contexts.
  • Understanding of planning processes and the significance of master data in operational and tactical decision-making.
  • Experience in project work or sub-projects (e.g., process harmonization, system rollouts, transformation initiatives).
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, sharing responsibility for results and deliverables.
  • Structured and analytical working style, capable of breaking down complex topics into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Strong focus on process quality, collaboration, and end-to-end thinking across functions.
  • Fluency in English and German.

Your Benefits

  • Attractive compensation & benefits.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Global parental leave program.
  • Flexible working models.
