Your Mission
Job Description
- HR Operations: Deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient HR Operations services for our workforce in Switzerland and abroad, across the full employee lifecycle, including contract management, onboarding/offboarding, leave and absence administration, reference letters, lifecycle changes, and related HR cases.
- HR Data Management: Keep employee records in Abacus (HRIS) up to date and reflective of all organizational changes.
- Employee Support: Provide support to employees in person and via our ticketing system, ensuring timely and service-oriented responses.
- HR Process Ownership: Oversee and update core HR processes to ensure full compliance with labor law and internal policies regarding lifecycle-related workflows.
- HR Tools Management: Work confidently with various tools, including Abacus, ServiceNow, Docusign, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Payroll Exposure: Basic payroll experience and collaboration with payroll teams are an advantage.
Your Story
Requirements
- Educational Background: Completed a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) and possess further HR education (e.g., Federal Diploma in Human Resources).
- Swiss HR Expertise: Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law, social insurances, and HR administration practices in Switzerland.
- HR Lifecycle & Technology Proficiency: Hands-on experience across end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, proficiency with various HR tools (e.g., Abacus), and strong MS Office and overall digital skills.
- Service & Precision: Demonstrate a service-oriented and solution-focused mindset, coupled with excellent communication, attention to detail, and a structured, reliable working style, particularly when managing confidential data.
- Team Collaboration: Effectively collaborate across functions and proactively support colleagues.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English.

Formalities
This position is based in Opfikon, Zurich, and requires you to work onsite at least three days per week. The percentage in the job title indicates flexibility – you can choose between full-time or part-time options that suit you best.
