Job Title: Tourism Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated Tourism Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the tourism industry, particularly in communicating with Japanese travel agents, and will be skilled in training and supervising staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with Japanese travel agents.
- Train and supervise other staff members to ensure high-quality service.
- Control and manage staff schedules and training programs.
- Oversee tour planning, sales, and operational duties to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle reservations and manage quotations for tours.
- Provide information to Japanese clients at the information/help desk and over the phone.
- Offer emergency services for Japanese clients, including attending to hospital needs and assisting with lost baggage claims.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years' experience in the tourism industry is required.
