Midwife Position Available in Switzerland

Are you seeking an exciting opportunity as a midwife in Switzerland? We are looking for a dedicated midwife (m/f/d) to join our hospital team.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to expectant mothers during various stages of prenatal development.
• Offer specialized care for newborns after birth.
• Manage complex pregnancies with competence and commitment.
• Take shared responsibility for trainee midwives during their internships.
• Demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility and independence.
• Be open to working shifts as required.

What You Should Bring

• A diploma as a qualified midwife HF/FH, or an equivalent qualification from an EU country, along with SRK recognition.
• Initial professional experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, remaining calm and thoughtful even in stressful situations.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional foreign languages is appreciated.
