Senior Physician in Angiology (m/f/d)

As part of our expansion at a bilingual hospital, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Physician in Angiology. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team committed to providing exceptional care to patients with arterial and venous diseases.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive treatment and care for patients with arterial and venous diseases.
• Conduct independent angiological diagnostics and perform invasive therapies such as PTA, endovenous laser therapy, and sclerotherapy.
• Manage both inpatient and outpatient care, including running your own outpatient angiological clinic.
• Collaborate consultatively with other specialties, working closely with vascular surgery and interventional radiology.
• Advise and care for patients with chronic wounds in the wound outpatient clinic.
• Utilize your expertise in the technical capabilities of angiology, including duplex ultrasound and various forms of vascular imaging.
• Take responsibility for interventional angiography, drawing on your relevant prior experience.
• Explore opportunities for scientific work if interested.

Requirements for the Future Senior Physician in Angiology:

• Specialist training in angiology (FMH) or a background in general internal medicine with experience in angiology.
• Proficiency with the technical equipment used in angiology.
• Experience as a senior physician in angiology is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ideally, familiarity with interventional angiology.
• Commitment, independence, teamwork, and strong social competence are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a respectful approach towards patients and staff; bilingual abilities are a must.
