Emergency Care Specialist (m/f/d)

We are seeking an Emergency Care Specialist to join our team in the Bern region. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care in an emergency setting, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Professional care and monitoring of patients in the emergency department.
• Utilizing electronic nursing documentation and monitoring systems, as well as medication distribution.
• Close collaboration with doctors and other professional groups to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Completed training as a qualified nurse / registered nurse / nurse.
• Several years of experience in emergency care.
• Postgraduate diploma in emergency medicine is preferred, or a willingness to become a certified expert in emergency nursing.
• Adept at handling rapidly changing and complex situations while demonstrating an understanding of patient needs.
• Strong commitment to working with people, with a respectful and appreciative demeanor.
• Excellent German language skills are required.
• Personal qualities such as empathy, resilience, team spirit, and independence.
