Your Future Responsibilities

As a Metal Constructor, you will primarily work in the workshop, focusing on the fabrication and assembly of various metal constructions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reading and interpreting manufacturing plans and technical drawings.
  • Preparing different metal pieces prior to assembly.
  • Performing mounting, adjusting, and assembly tasks related to metal elements.
  • Executing welding work using TIG, MIG, and MAG processes.
  • Utilizing various machines and tools to fabricate pieces.
  • Conducting drilling, sawing, marking, cutting, filing, and grinding operations.
  • Checking the dimensions and conformity of pieces according to plans and manufacturing requirements.
  • Carrying out finishing work and making necessary corrections before delivery.
  • Handling various materials and metal profiles while adhering to manufacturing methods.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety instructions during machine and equipment use.
  • Maintaining a clean workstation and performing routine maintenance on your equipment.

Your Profile

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A vocational certificate as a metal constructor, locksmith, or equivalent qualification, with substantial experience in the trade.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively organize assigned tasks.
  • Proficiency in various welding techniques, specifically TIG, MIG, and MAG processes.
  • Solid knowledge of materials, particularly steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
  • Ability to interpret technical plans and execute projects as specified.
  • Precision, attention to detail, and commitment to quality finishes.
  • A dynamic and reliable nature with a strong team orientation.
  • Adherence to safety instructions and workshop procedures.
  • Proficiency in French to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different fabrication and assembly tasks.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are advantageous.
