Your Future Responsibilities
- Carry out painting work as part of new construction and renovation projects.
- Collaborate with individuals, property management companies, and work on large-scale construction sites.
- Prepare various surfaces for painting: cleaning, sanding, filling, and treating supports.
- Apply different types of paints, including dispersion, enamel, and varnishes.
- Perform plaster applications and complete finishing work, whether drawn or rubbed.
- Utilize various application techniques including brush, roller, and spray gun.
- Protect floors, windows, furniture, and other elements before commencing work.
- Conduct finishing work and necessary touch-ups to ensure top-quality results.
- Prepare the required mixtures, shades, and products according to the tasks at hand.
- Maintain equipment, keep the workspace clean, and responsibly dispose of waste and leftover materials.
Your Profile
- You possess training in painting or have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- You are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- You demonstrate dynamism, efficiency, and professionalism in executing your tasks.
- You have good physical endurance and adaptability to construction site conditions.
- You can communicate easily in French and comprehend various work instructions.
- You are conscientious and detail-oriented, focusing on cleanliness and quality.
- You are skilled at organizing your work and meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility is key, as you can adapt to different types of construction sites and tasks.
- Ideally, you hold a driving license and have your own means of transportation.
